For Services (Clarity Calls / Programmes):
Clients may cancel a booked consultation or programme before the scheduled call time. Cancellations made after the scheduled start time or in case of a no-show may not be eligible for a refund.
For the ₹199 Bladder Clarity Call: The ₹199 booking fee covers the personalised root cause assessment, planning, and reserved clinical time. Once the call has begun, cancellations may not be eligible unless covered under the refund policy outlined below.

2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
a) If you attended the full Bladder Clarity Call and did not receive meaningful insight into your bladder leaks or urgency as outlined during the session.
b) If a booked service was not delivered as promised.
Refund eligibility is assessed based on call attendance and genuine participation, not on guarantees of medical outcomes
Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account).
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within 7–10 business days:
a) Please check your bank account or payment app again.
b) Then contact your bank or card issuer.
